MOBILITY FOR A BETTER SQUAT
Do you feel tightness or pinching in the hips with squatting?

Mobility for a Better Squat is a one-hour seminar, led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, arming you with the knowledge to build a better base for your squats so you can grow stronger and PR your lifts! This evidence-based seminar will introduce you to new exercises and drills to improve your performance of air squats, back squats, and front squats. We will go over a few tests to see where your weaknesses lie to better understand how to round out your fitness and improve you performance inside and outside the gym. Members and non-members are welcome!
