I have a passion for teaching women how to lift heavy. I find that a lot of women are ready to get started, but are intimidated by the gym or are not sure who to trust to guide them through the process without getting hurt and end up doing NOTHING.

If this is you, I am ready to help you! I created this workshop to walk you through movements to help you feel confident performing them on your own and will take the time to answer any questions you have about getting started with lifting,
no matter your experience.

Here’s What to Expect:

The Format:
This 60 minute workshop has been pre-recorded. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to watch the video anytime you want. You will also get access to the slides, if you want to download them.

The Why:
There is so much conflicting information out there about how to lift, what is good for you and what is not, and risks for injury! If you are ready to lift, I want to make it easy for you, give you all the answers you need, and break it down to actionable steps you can take right now.

The Promise:
My promise to you is that you will walk away with a clear understanding of where to start, what to focus on, what you’ll need, and what to expect when starting your weightlifting journey.

What you will learn:

  • What I consider to be the 6 foundational movements for any longevity program

  • Basic form for the 6 foundational movements

  • What equipment to have at home & what to buy to start

  • What to look for if you want to join a gym

  • What goals to focus on for a more enjoyable experience

  • What to expect for results and in what timeline

  • What the time investment looks like when starting a lifting routine

  • How many days per week are recommended to lift heavy

  • How to get the most out of lifting by eating to support muscle growth
