Samson's Knee Health 101 Seminar is a one-hour seminar, led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, arming you with the knowledge to build stronger, more resilient knees to decrease pain and stiffness and improve performance. This evidence-based seminar will introduce you to new exercises and drills to improve your performance of squatting, jumping, running and more! We will go over a few tests to see where your weaknesses lie to better understand how to round out your fitness and improve your performance inside and outside the gym. Members and non-members are welcome!
