Hip Health for Pole is a one-hour seminar, led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, focusing on balancing stability and mobility for better hip performance in pole. This evidence-based seminar will introduce you to new exercises and drills to improve your performance of splits and leg hangs. We will go over a few tests to see where your weaknesses lie to better understand how to round out your fitness and improve your performance of pole specific movements.
