We believe in meticulous attention to detail and high touch points for our clients because we care about your longevity in sport, workouts and life.
You will never be in a session with more than 6 people and you will always get the attention and care you deserve.
We work with you to modify any movements due to prior or current injuries or just lack of mobility or inability to achieve safe positions.

Semi-Private Personal Training:
Doctor-lead personal training sessions for up to 6 people with sport specific goals in mind.
You will be matched with 3-5 people based on your preference, availability, sport, and goals. First, we will chat on the phone to get your background, prior injuries and goals. Then we will spend the first session getting a starting baseline for your fitness. You will have a specific day/time to come to the clinic to workout with your tribe and work towards your goals. Accountability and guidance are included and you will have access to a professional that will always advocate for your health.
1 time a week or 2 times a week - 8 week and weekly programs available.
